Welcome to BioPoints™, the rewards program created by Bio Aion to thank you for being a valued customer. By joining, you can earn points on eligible purchases and enjoy exclusive benefits, discounts, and special offers.
Joining the Program
Signing up is easy! You can opt in when you create an account on the Bio Aion website. Enrollment is free, and participation confirms your agreement to these terms.
How It Works
Earning Points
You’ll earn 1 BioPoint for every $10 spent on qualifying products.
Maximum Points
You can earn up to 1,500 points total under this program. After reaching this limit, no additional points will accumulate until the balance decreases through redemption.
Expiration
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of your last qualifying order. If no new purchase occurs within that timeframe, all unused points will automatically expire.
Eligibility
The BioPoints™ Rewards program is available only to individual customers who are at least 18 years old and who create and maintain a valid Bio Aion account. Membership is void where prohibited by law. Companies, resellers, and distributors may be excluded from the program at Bio Aion’s discretion.
Minimum Redemption Threshold
You can begin redeeming BioPoints™ once you have accumulated at least 250 points. Points cannot be used, converted, or redeemed for any reward until this minimum threshold is reached.
Non‑Transferability and No Cash Value
BioPoints™ are promotional in nature, have no cash value, and do not constitute property. Points are not legal tender and may not be redeemed for cash, sold, assigned, or transferred to any other person or account. Any attempted transfer or sale of points is invalid and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all points.
Returns and Adjustments
If you return, cancel, or receive a refund or chargeback for a qualifying purchase, Bio Aion may deduct any points earned on that transaction from your account. This may result in a negative points balance. Bio Aion may also correct points balances in the case of posting errors or suspected abuse.
How to Redeem Points
Once you reach 250 points, you can apply available points toward eligible purchases at checkout on the Bio Aion website. Points may not be used toward taxes, fees, shipping, or past purchases. Bio Aion may limit certain rewards, set per‑order or per‑day redemption limits, or restrict redemption to specific products or promotions.
Eligible Purchases
Points are earned only on the purchase price of eligible research products, excluding taxes, fees, shipping, discounts, coupons, and promotional credits. Bio Aion may, at its discretion, exclude certain items or categories, such as clearance items, limited releases, or gift cards, from earning points or being purchased with points.
Use of Coupons with Points
BioPoints™ cannot be combined with coupons in a single transaction. If a coupon is applied to an order, BioPoints™ may not be redeemed on that same order, and Bio Aion reserves the right to determine which promotion or discount will apply.
Account Suspension and Forfeiture
If a customer violates any of Bio Aion’s Terms and Conditions, including misuse of the BioPoints™ program, Bio Aion reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that customer’s account. In such cases, all accrued BioPoints™ will be immediately forfeited without compensation or reinstatement.
Fraud, Misuse, and Good Standing
Participation in the BioPoints™ program is intended only for legitimate, good‑faith use. Bio Aion may, in its sole discretion, suspend or close any account and void or adjust points if it suspects fraud, abuse, manipulation, or use of the program in a way that is inconsistent with these terms or the spirit of the program. To remain eligible, your account must be in good standing, meaning it is active, not flagged for fraud or abuse, and compliant with Bio Aion’s Terms and Conditions.
Program Purpose
The BioPoints™ program is designed to make your experience with us more rewarding. Every purchase helps you unlock savings and early access opportunities, our way of showing appreciation for your ongoing partnership.
Communications
By joining the BioPoints™ program, you agree that Bio Aion may contact you about program updates, your points balance, and related promotions by email or through your account, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You can adjust communication by contacting support, but certain transactional messages about your membership may still be sent.
Privacy
Your participation in the BioPoints™ program is also subject to Bio Aion’s Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By participating, you consent to our handling of your data as described there.
Errors and System Issues
Bio Aion is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incorrectly credited points due to technical errors, system outages, or third‑party failures. Bio Aion may review and correct your points balance at any time. Decisions regarding point corrections and eligibility are final.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The BioPoints™ program and all rewards are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bio Aion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the program, your participation, or any inability to earn or redeem points. If Bio Aion is found liable, its total liability will not exceed the value of the rewards you received in the 6 months before the claim.
Program Changes, Suspension, and Termination
Bio Aion reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate the BioPoints™ program, its rules, or the redemption structure at any time, with or without notice, as permitted by law. If the program is terminated, Bio Aion may set a final date by which any remaining points must be used. After that date, all unused points will be forfeited without compensation. Changes will be reflected here, so we encourage you to check periodically for updates.
