At this time, Bio-Aion ships exclusively within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are unable to fulfill orders to international destinations, U.S. territories, or military and diplomatic addresses (APO, FPO, or DPO). When will my order ship?

How to resolve delivery issues such as delays, loss, or theft?

If your shipment shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, or if it is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact our support team at Support@BioAion.com within 48 hours of the delivery status update. Each order is fully insured and may qualify for a one-time replacement after verification through the carrier. To maintain the integrity of this policy, claims are carefully reviewed. Repeated for fraudulent requests may result in account suspension or permanent restriction from future purchases.
